Terms of Use
Please read these Terms together with the Privacy Policy and any notices shown before an action.
1. About these Terms
These Terms govern your use of the TickerGarden website and its supporting services (the “Service”). TickerGarden is based in Singapore. In these Terms, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to TickerGarden. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use it.
The Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. Additional terms presented for a specific feature apply to that feature alongside these Terms. Nothing here limits rights that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
2. About TickerGarden
TickerGarden provides an interface for discovering and creating community token markets, preparing trades, staking eligible Stock Tokens, and viewing or claiming available rewards on Robinhood Chain.
Information on the Service is not personalized investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not make investment decisions for you or guarantee the value, suitability, or legal status of an asset. You are responsible for evaluating your participation and obtaining advice where needed.
TickerGarden has not launched a platform token. User-created community tokens are independent of the platform. A future airdrop is planned, but participation does not guarantee eligibility, an allocation, or any particular value. Details will be announced through official channels.
3. Eligibility and lawful access
You must be at least 18, have reached the age of legal majority where you live, and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to do so.
You may use the Service only where your access and activities are lawful. You must comply with applicable sanctions and other legal restrictions, and must not bypass access restrictions imposed by the Service. Availability of the website does not establish that every feature or asset is permitted in your location.
4. Your wallet and assets
The interface does not hold your private keys or sign blockchain transactions for you. You authorize transactions through your wallet. Confirmed transactions generally cannot be reversed, and TickerGarden cannot restore a lost wallet or recover assets sent to an incorrect address.
Assets you trade, stake, or otherwise deposit may be held by smart contracts according to their rules. Keeping control of your wallet does not eliminate the risks associated with those contracts, underlying assets, or networks.
Withdrawals and claims depend on the applicable contract conditions. An emergency exit can forfeit unclaimed rewards; review the consequences shown before using it. An exit feature is not insurance against contract failure or asset loss.
5. Wallet security
You are responsible for securing your wallet and devices and for reviewing the permissions and actions you authorize.
- Never share a private key, recovery phrase, or wallet password.
- Check the network, asset, amount, recipient, approvals, fees, and slippage before signing.
- Verify links and contract addresses through trusted sources.
- Review and revoke unnecessary token approvals in your wallet.
A request to sign a message can authorize an action such as publishing token details. Read the message even when it does not involve a blockchain transaction.
6. Transactions and displayed information
Prices, balances, statistics, estimated rewards, and transaction previews may be delayed or incomplete. A preview or simulation does not guarantee execution. The confirmed transaction and applicable contract rules determine the outcome.
Transactions can fail, remain pending, or execute at a different price because of market movement, available liquidity, slippage settings, network conditions, or transaction ordering. Failed transactions may still incur network fees.
USD values are display estimates. USDG is displayed at an assumed value of 1 USD per token; this is a calculation convention, not a guarantee of market price or redemption value.
7. Community tokens and Stock Tokens
It does not grant ownership in the referenced company, voting rights, dividends, or a right to redeem for shares or Stock Tokens.
A Stock association identifies a community market and, where enabled, the matching Stock Token used for staking and fee rewards. Staked Stock Tokens belong to their depositors and are not collateral or a redemption reserve for community token holders.
Multiple independent markets can reference the same Stock. Names and symbols may resemble each other; verify the token address and market details before interacting.
Third-party Stock Tokens are subject to their issuers’ terms, transfer controls, and asset or redemption arrangements. TickerGarden does not issue those assets or guarantee their backing, availability, or value.
8. Creating markets and publishing content
You are responsible for the markets you create or promote and the names, symbols, images, descriptions, links, and other content you submit. You must have the necessary rights to that content, and it must not be unlawful, deceptive, or infringe another person’s rights.
Publishing token details may make them publicly accessible before a launch transaction is confirmed. Cancelling a launch does not necessarily remove those details from distributed storage.
Creation, listing, ranking, or display of a market does not mean TickerGarden, Robinhood, a referenced company, or a token issuer sponsors, approves, or endorses it. We may restrict content or links on services we control for legal, security, or abuse-prevention reasons. We cannot erase independent blockchain or storage records.
9. Growing markets and Bloom
A Growing market trades on a bonding curve. Reaching its Bloom target enables the transition to a liquidity pool under the protocol’s rules. A market is Bloomed only after that transition succeeds; reaching the target alone does not guarantee completion.
Bloom is a market stage, not a quality rating or an investment recommendation. Locked initial liquidity does not guarantee active trading, a minimum price, sufficient liquidity for your trade, or the ability to exit without loss.
10. Fees, staking, and rewards
Actions may involve trading fees, creator fees, blockchain gas, price impact, slippage, or third-party charges. Review the applicable settings and wallet request before proceeding. Network fees are paid for processing transactions and may apply even when an action fails.
Creator, Staker, and Holder rewards depend on fees actually generated and the market’s settings. They are not fixed interest or guaranteed income. Rewards may be zero, fluctuate in value, or be delayed. Displayed historical returns do not predict future results.
If token fee burning is enabled at launch, eligible rewards paid in the community token are burned during reward settlement rather than paid to recipients. Paired-asset rewards remain payable under the normal rules. This setting cannot be changed after launch. See Fees and rewards for details.
Platform revenue allocations described in the Docs concern the platform’s own revenue. They do not create a claim on reserves, stock ownership, a dividend entitlement, or a guaranteed benefit for any token holder.
You are responsible for identifying and meeting any tax and reporting obligations arising from your activity.
11. Holder rewards
When a creator enables Holder fee sharing, half of the creator’s base fee share is allocated to eligible holders. Creator tax is excluded. This choice is fixed at launch and does not require holders to make an additional staking deposit.
Eligibility depends on published wallet-balance snapshots and available funded rewards. Direct wallet balances qualify under the applicable rules; liquidity-pool positions and other indirect holdings are not included. Selling after a snapshot does not remove an entitlement already recorded for that period.
Snapshot publication and reward availability can be delayed. Holding a token does not guarantee a payment schedule or reward value. Rewards are paid in their original assets, without automatic conversion; when token fee burning is enabled, Holder rewards cover only the paired asset.
12. Risks and security review
They have undergone rigorous internal security testing and code review. Internal review does not replace an independent audit or eliminate smart-contract risk.
Participation can result in the loss of some or all of your assets. Consider the risks before using the Service, including:
- Price volatility, limited liquidity, manipulation, or a lack of buyers.
- Smart-contract defects, exploits, or changes and restrictions affecting third-party assets.
- Wallet compromise, phishing, malicious approvals, and incorrect transaction details.
- Network outages, transaction ordering, congestion, and blockchain reorganizations.
- Inaccurate or unavailable prices, metadata, wallet connections, or other third-party services.
- Delayed market transitions, reward claims, or withdrawals.
- Changes to laws, taxes, and regulatory treatment.
Read the risk information in the Docs. No estimate, ranking, reward label, or security statement guarantees profit or protection from loss.
13. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to commit fraud, manipulate markets, launder funds, evade applicable sanctions, or engage in other unlawful activity. You must not impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation or endorsement, publish malicious content, or infringe others’ rights.
Do not attack, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the website or supporting services, or bypass their security controls. Public availability of a smart contract does not authorize misuse of the website, APIs, or infrastructure.
14. Third-party services and interests
Wallets, blockchain networks, token issuers, trading infrastructure, explorers, and storage providers operate independently and may have their own terms, fees, and restrictions. We do not guarantee their availability, accuracy, or security.
Creators, contributors, and other participants may hold assets or receive fees from markets shown on the Service. A listing or ranking should not be treated as independent investment advice.
15. Intellectual property and your content
TickerGarden branding, design, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms permit lawful use of the Service and do not transfer ownership of those materials. Separate open-source licenses continue to apply to software distributed under them.
You retain the rights you hold in submitted content. By submitting it, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate the Service and present the market you created. This does not authorize unrelated use of your personal information contrary to the Privacy Policy.
Public blockchain and distributed-storage copies may persist after content is removed from our interface. Email info@tickergarden.com to report an intellectual-property concern.
16. Availability and access
We may modify, restrict, suspend, or discontinue features for legal, security, technical, or operational reasons. Continuous access, uninterrupted indexing, and compatibility with every wallet are not guaranteed.
Restricting website access does not itself reverse transactions or change existing contract rules. Public contracts may remain accessible through other tools, but this depends on the network, the contract, and your ability to use those tools.
17. Warranties and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from security defects.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TickerGarden is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost opportunities arising from use of the Service. Market risk and third-party service risk remain relevant even where the interface operates as intended.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your mandatory consumer and other statutory rights remain unaffected.
18. Questions and disputes
If you have a concern about the Service, email info@tickergarden.com and describe the issue. Include a public transaction hash where relevant, but never include a private key or recovery phrase.
Any dispute is subject to applicable law and the jurisdiction of a competent court. These Terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive rights and remedies that applicable law protects.
19. Updates and general provisions
We may update these Terms as the Service or legal requirements change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law; any legally required consent will be requested separately.
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. A failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive the right to enforce it later.
For questions about these Terms, email info@tickergarden.com. Do not rely on unsolicited messages claiming to represent TickerGarden.
