Privacy Policy
How TickerGarden handles information when you use its website and supporting services.
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how TickerGarden (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information through its website and supporting services. It covers browsing markets, connecting a wallet, creating tokens, preparing trades, staking Stock Tokens, claiming rewards, and contacting us.
Independent wallets, blockchain networks, token issuers, and other third-party services have their own privacy practices. This policy describes our use of those services but does not replace their policies.
2. About us and contact
TickerGarden is based in Singapore. This policy applies to information processed through services operated by TickerGarden. Public blockchain records and copies of content held by independent networks are outside our ability to change or delete.
For privacy questions, complaints, or requests, email info@tickergarden.com. Never include a private key, recovery phrase, or wallet password in a message.
3. Information we collect
Wallet and transaction information
When you connect a wallet or use a wallet-based feature, we process your public wallet address, network, relevant signatures, transaction hashes, and public blockchain activity. This can include token balances, trades, staking positions, and reward claims. We do not receive your private key or recovery phrase through the wallet connection.
Information you publish
Creating a token involves submitting a name, symbol, image, and any description or links you choose to add. These details are intended to be public. Published content may remain accessible even if you do not complete the token launch.
Technical information
Our services and infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP addresses, requested URLs, request times, browser information, and error or security logs. Requests to a wallet, blockchain access provider, or external content host can also disclose technical information to that provider.
Messages you send us
If you contact us, we receive the details you provide, which may include your contact information, wallet address, message, and attachments. Please share only what is needed to resolve your request.
4. Where information comes from
We receive information from you, your browser or connected wallet, public blockchain records, and providers that support our services. A public wallet address can become personal information when it is linked to an identifiable individual.
5. How we use information
- Display markets, balances, staking positions, and available rewards.
- Prepare wallet requests, verify signatures, and check transaction status.
- Publish token images and descriptions that you authorize us to publish.
- Save selected preferences and help you resume an interrupted action.
- Protect the service, investigate abuse, and diagnose technical problems.
- Respond to requests and meet applicable legal obligations.
Connecting a wallet does not give us permission to sign transactions or spend assets on your behalf. Review each signature and transaction request in your wallet.
6. Consent and lawful processing
We collect, use, and disclose personal information for the purposes explained in this policy, with your consent where required or as otherwise permitted by applicable law. Depending on the law that applies, processing may be necessary to provide a requested service, protect legitimate interests in service security, or meet legal obligations. We apply the conditions and safeguards required for the relevant basis.
Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. We do not treat acceptance of the Terms of Use as consent to every use of personal information.
7. Public blockchain and distributed records
Wallet addresses, transfers, trades, staking activity, and claims can be viewed and copied by others.
We cannot erase or change confirmed blockchain records. Token images and metadata published through distributed storage, including IPFS, may also remain available through independent copies. Removing content from our interface does not remove those copies.
Disconnecting your wallet or clearing browser data does not delete past transactions. Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in token names, images, descriptions, or other public content.
8. Sharing and international processing
We use service providers for website hosting, content delivery, security, blockchain access, and storage. They process information needed for those services. Our production services include Vercel, Cloudflare, DigitalOcean, Alchemy, and Pinata. Your chosen wallet and other services you use may involve additional providers.
Information may be processed outside your country. For transfers of personal information outside Singapore, we take measures required by applicable law to provide a standard of protection comparable to the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act. Other protections may apply depending on your location.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to investigate abuse or security incidents, to establish or defend legal claims, or at your direction. Public transactions and content you choose to publish are accessible to others by design.
9. Third-party services
Wallets, Robinhood Chain, Stock Token issuers, trading infrastructure, explorers, content gateways, and linked websites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. They may receive your IP address, wallet address, or request details when you use them. Review their policies before connecting or sharing information.
A link or integration does not mean that TickerGarden controls the third party or its handling of information.
10. Cookies and browser storage
We use browser storage for features such as wallet preferences, saved token-creation details, recent selections, and transaction progress. This helps preserve your settings and resume actions after a page reload. Stored transaction information can include public wallet addresses and transaction hashes.
Hosting, security, and wallet services may use cookies or similar technologies to operate their services. You can manage these through your browser and wallet settings. Blocking or clearing storage may reset preferences or interrupt recovery of an unfinished action.
The interface does not currently include advertising trackers. If we introduce optional tracking that requires consent, we will provide the relevant information and request consent before enabling it.
11. How long information is kept
Retention depends on the information and its purpose. We consider whether it is needed to provide a requested service, maintain transaction and reward records, investigate security events, resolve disputes, or satisfy applicable legal obligations. These purposes may require different retention periods. When personal information is no longer needed for a business or legal purpose, we delete it or remove the information that identifies you from records under our control.
Browser-stored information may remain on your device until the feature clears it or you remove it. Public blockchain records and distributed copies of published content may remain available indefinitely.
12. Protecting information
We use access controls, encrypted connections, and other technical safeguards to protect services under our control. No online service, wallet, smart contract, or blockchain can be guaranteed completely secure.
Keep your wallet credentials private, verify website and contract addresses, and review requests before signing. TickerGarden will never ask you to send a private key or recovery phrase.
13. Your rights and choices
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information; restrict or object to processing; withdraw consent; or complain to a relevant data protection authority, including Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission.
Email info@tickergarden.com to make a request or raise a privacy concern. Describe the information or activity involved without including wallet secrets. We may ask for proportionate verification that you are entitled to make the request and respond within the period required by applicable law.
These rights are subject to legal exceptions and the limits of our control. We cannot alter public blockchain records or require independent parties to delete their copies. You can also browse public pages without connecting a wallet and manage wallet permissions directly in your wallet.
14. Children
TickerGarden is intended for people aged 18 or older who have reached the age of legal majority where they live. It is not directed at children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
15. Updates and contact
We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The date at the top identifies the latest revision. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required by law.
For privacy questions, contact info@tickergarden.com. Requests should relate to information processed by TickerGarden; independent wallet and service providers handle requests concerning their own services.
